Bitumen is the major raw materials for our membrane,this year our Enterprise plan to import bitumen from Russia
to reduce our production cost.After market research,we found that most of the oil broker companies list on the internet
are fake one,so we hope to work with the big company with powerful background like yours.Though our order quantiy
maybe not big enough as other sellers,but our order quantity will be stable and will last for long term.
The bitumen we need is Grade 60/70,which is pure liquid bitumen,the wax content below 2%,not mixed by water and
mazut,packed by drum,loading port we prefer Vladivostock. We need the FOB Price and CIF DALIAN &SHANGHAI
price. Payment terms we prefer L/C at sight. Our order quantity will be between 1500-5000MT/Month.
We can supply any proofs to prove that our company is a legal company and real buyer.
